How to use

Dispense Floss: Pull out 15 inches of woven floss, winding ~12 inches around a finger on your non-dominant hand.
Prepare: Wind the remaining floss around a finger on your dominant hand, leaving a few centimeters between your hands.
Position: Pinch the floss, pull it tight, and gently slide it between your teeth.
Floss Each Tooth: Curve the floss around each tooth, using a gentle up-and-down motion.
Repeat: Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth by winding the tape from your non-dominant to dominant hand.
Don't Forget the Back: Be sure to floss the back surfaces of your last teeth.
